As artists, we take great pride in creating unique art wearables that you can enjoy for years to come. We are personally involved in every aspect of creating your garment and want to offer you peace of mind when you make a purchase from us.
If there is a problem with your purchase, CONTACT us by e-mail or phone within 7 days of delivery. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue - we want you to be happy with your purchase, including a refund (minus shipping charges) if that is the best resolution. We do not offer refunds on custom orders or any item that is not in a new, unused or original condition.
After 7 days, we offer exchange or store credit provided that you CONTACT us by e-mail or phone and that the item is returned in new, unused and original condition. Generally, we do not consider an exchange or store credit for any item after 30 days from delivery. Shipping costs to and from us are your responsibility.
In the event a return/exchange is needed, you do need to CONTACT us by e-mail or phone to receive a return authorization number and a shipping address to return the garment.
