Fabric

100% Silk, Crepe de Chine. Breathable, cool, comfortable and durable. The weave of crepe de chine silk is fabulous in heat and humidity - very cool and light on the skin. Easy care & great for travel.

This blouse started as a piece of white silk. Susan marbled the silk by floating paints on a liquid, raking those paints into a pattern and then laying the silk on top of the floating pattern She then cut and sewed this blouse - no two are ever exactly alike.

Size Chart

Bias Cut Dresses have a beautiful fit because they are cut on the cross grain (at a 45 degree angle).  This gives this a slight stretch and causes them to hang with a drape that you do not see with a straight grain cut dress.  Notice the flutter at the hem - that is a result of being cut on the bias.

Bias cut dresses look exceptional on women whose bust, waist and hip measurements are close - whether the person is small or large in size.
