Hand-marbled in my Atlanta studio in a rich, layered palette of warm brown, blue-gray, red, and gold, the pattern that emerges is intricate, organic, and completely unrepeatable. The result is a top that looks like resort wear, feels like a second skin, and goes from a casual lunch to a candlelit dinner without missing a beat.

The curved hem flatters every shape. The silk keeps you cool. And the pattern? It exists nowhere else in the world.

Fabric

100% Silk, Crepe de Chine. Breathable, cool, comfortable and durable. The weave of crepe de chine silk is fabulous in heat and humidity - very cool and light on the skin. Easy care & great for travel.

This blouse started as a piece of white silk. Susan marbled the silk by floating paints on a liquid, raking those paints into a pattern and then laying the silk on top of the floating pattern She then cut and sewed this blouse - no two are ever exactly alike.
