L/XL Bias-cut Short Dress Ocean Blues

This dress is a L/XL which fits most size 14-18 with bust to 42-43" and hips to 44" - this dress is slightly larger than my normal L/XL.  This is a short dress which falls just above the knee for a 5'3" woman.
