I dyed a piece of white silk crepe de chine, paired it with a piece of hand marbled silk and then cut and sewed this gorgeous short sleeve top!  Turn heads with this dyed silk blouse in rich blue tones with a vivid blue, green , coral and yellow marbled inset.  Three pearlescent coral buttons add a pop to the front neck.

Fabric

100% Silk, Crepe de Chine. Breathable, cool, comfortable and durable. The weave of crepe de chine silk is fabulous in heat and humidity - very cool and light on the skin. Easy care & great for travel.

This blouse started as a piece of white silk. Susan marbled the silk by floating paints on a liquid, raking those paints into a pattern and then laying the silk on top of the floating pattern She then cut and sewed this blouse - no two are ever exactly alike.
